In 2018 Children's Cause for Cancer Advocacy launched our College Scholars Program for childhood cancer survivors. This opportunity is available for college students (or HS seniors) to gain valuable cancer advocacy experience plus receive a scholarship of $2,000.
Every great team needs supporters, and our College Scholars do as well! For just $10 a month, you can join our Scholar Boosters and support this important program for childhood cancer survivors.
Melissa Peace is one of our 2018 College Scholars Program awardees. Melissa was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma her freshman year at Colgate University. When she returned to college after being declared cancer-free, she shifted gears academically and began to pursue a degree in Molecular Biology. Today, Melissa is a medical student at George Washington University's School of Medicine, Class of 2021.
Only 35 donors are needed to commit $10 per month to help survivors like Melissa achieve their college dreams. Will you become a charter member of our Boosters and join today?
